1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Atlas Input website at atlasinput.com, its Atlas-operated preview versions, the browser-based Atlas Studio demonstration, and the website’s contact and meeting-booking features (together, the “Website”). The Website is operated by GG Dynamics LLC, doing business as Atlas Input (“Atlas Input,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 244 Haeussler Ct, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, United States. Contact us at outreach@atlasinput.com.

Please read these Terms before using the Website. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. If you use the Website on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it, and references to “you” include that organization where appropriate.

These Terms cover the Website, not a purchase of Pioneer hardware, an evaluation agreement, a license to installed Atlas Studio software, custom development, or paid services. Those arrangements require their own applicable terms. Browsing, viewing a demonstration, sending an inquiry, or booking an introductory meeting does not create an order, software license, partnership, or commitment to supply a product or service. A separate written agreement controls its subject matter if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or use the Website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your use, where permitted by law. The Website is intended for people exploring professional hardware and software applications and is not directed to children under 13.

You are responsible for using the Website lawfully, providing accurate information when contacting us or booking a meeting, and ensuring that you have permission to share any information you submit. You are responsible for your internet connection, equipment, and applicable carrier or data charges.

3. Permitted use

Subject to these Terms, you may access the Website and use its demonstrations for their intended informational and evaluation purposes. You may make reasonable internal copies of publicly available Website information to evaluate Atlas Input, provided you retain proprietary notices and do not misrepresent its source or meaning.

You must not use the Website to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate someone, submit deceptive or abusive messages, introduce malware, interfere with normal operation, bypass access restrictions, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data. Do not collect personal information about other visitors or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the Website. Security research must remain within permissions we expressly grant. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable or rights granted under a separate open-source license.

4. Demonstrations and product information

The browser demonstration illustrates an example workflow using sample content. Its typing, design checks, corrections, approvals, and results are scripted. It does not connect to your hardware, CAD application, documents, or an AI or model service, and it does not perform an actual engineering review of your work. Displayed document names and sample models do not establish that the referenced documents have been uploaded, read, or validated.

Product photographs, videos, interface images, and examples are for illustration. Features, integrations, compatibility, specifications, availability, and development plans may change. A demonstration is not a promise of a particular product capability, release date, performance result, or suitability for your application. Confirm requirements directly with us before relying on product information or entering a separate agreement.

The Website and its demonstrations are not engineering certification or safety advice. You remain responsible for independent professional judgment, testing, and compliance in any real design, manufacturing, or operational use. Do not use sample results as authorization to manufacture, operate equipment, or approve a safety-critical design.

5. Meetings and communications

The Website offers introductory meetings through Calendly and direct email and text links. A booking is subject to available times and the confirmation you receive. Please use the cancellation or rescheduling instructions in your confirmation, or contact us. We may need to reschedule or cancel a meeting and will use the contact details provided to notify you.

Clicking an email or text link opens your chosen communications application. Sending us an inquiry permits us to respond to that inquiry; it does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing calls or text campaigns. Carrier charges may apply. No purchase is required to make an inquiry or request an introduction.

6. Information you provide and feedback

You retain ownership of materials you send us. You give us permission to receive, store, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to answer your inquiry, arrange the meeting, evaluate the application you describe, and carry out your instructions. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit confidential technical information, trade secrets, regulated information, or materials you are not authorized to disclose through an ordinary inquiry. If confidentiality is needed, arrange an appropriate written agreement before disclosure. A general inquiry or introductory meeting does not by itself establish a nondisclosure agreement. This does not displace duties imposed by law or an existing agreement.

If you voluntarily give us suggestions about our products without an agreed confidentiality restriction, you allow us to use those suggestions to improve our products without an obligation to pay you. This permission does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property or authorize publication of your personal information.

7. Intellectual property

The Website’s original text, branding, graphics, images, films, interface designs, and other materials are owned by Atlas Input or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Atlas Input, Pioneer, Atlas Studio, and related marks may not be used to suggest sponsorship or endorsement without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Your use of the Website grants only the limited permissions described in these Terms. It does not transfer intellectual property rights or license the installed Atlas Studio application, firmware, hardware designs, or integrations. Open-source and other separately licensed materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. The legal-document license stated at the end of these Terms applies only to the legal text.

8. Third-party services and links

Calendly and other external websites or communications services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. You choose whether to use those services. We do not control their availability, content, security, or independent data practices. Linking to a service does not make its statements our own or guarantee its suitability. Our responsibility for how we select and use service providers remains subject to applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information associated with Website visits, inquiries, and scheduling, including the calendar consent controls. Please review it alongside these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms does not itself constitute consent to optional cookies or marketing where separate consent is required.

10. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue Website features, or restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or a material violation of these Terms. Where practicable and appropriate, we will give notice of a material restriction. You may stop using the Website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued access to a particular preview.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be error-free, continuously available, or free of harmful components, or that illustrative information will satisfy your particular requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties, consumer guarantees, liability for fraud, or other rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Website disclaimers do not override a warranty expressly given in a separate product or services agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atlas Input and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Website, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. To that same extent, our total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Website will not exceed US $50.

These limits apply regardless of the legal theory of a claim and even if a possibility of loss was foreseeable. They do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence where liability cannot be limited, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Where a limitation is prohibited, it applies only to the maximum extent allowed by law. Separate product and service agreements govern liability arising under those agreements.

13. Governing law and disputes

Michigan law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim elsewhere, courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Washtenaw County, Michigan, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan will hear disputes arising from these Terms or the Website, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.

Please contact outreach@atlasinput.com so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Doing so does not limit your right to seek a legal remedy, make a regulatory complaint, or meet a legal filing deadline. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our business, or applicable law. We will post the revised version and its effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Changes apply prospectively. Where a material change requires your agreement, we will obtain it as required. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

15. General provisions

These Terms and any terms expressly incorporated for a particular Website feature are the agreement concerning your use of the Website. They do not replace separate written product, evaluation, confidentiality, or service agreements. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Sections concerning intellectual property, permitted use of submitted materials, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and provisions that by their nature should continue will survive the end of your use.
