1. Who we are and what this Policy covers
GG Dynamics LLC, doing business as Atlas Input (“Atlas Input,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the Atlas Input website at atlasinput.com and its Atlas-operated preview versions. Our address is 244 Haeussler Ct, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, United States. For privacy questions and requests, email outreach@atlasinput.com.
This Policy explains how we handle personal information associated with the Website, its browser-based Atlas Studio demonstration, meeting scheduling, and related inquiries by email or text. We determine the purposes and means of processing that information and act as its controller where that term applies.
This Policy does not describe the data practices of installed Atlas Studio software, connected Pioneer hardware, separate customer deployments, or third parties operating independently. A separate notice or agreement must address those activities where applicable. This Policy concerns the current Website; it does not describe hypothetical accounts, checkout, document uploads, or connected AI services.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you email or text us, request an introduction, or book a meeting, we receive the contact information you use and the details you choose to provide. These may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, application requirements, meeting preferences, and message content. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, confidential files, or information about other people unless needed and authorized.
Scheduling information. If you use Calendly, the booking service collects the information requested by its booking form, such as your name, email address, selected date and time, time zone, and any answers you supply. We receive the booking information needed to arrange and manage your meeting. Calendar and email services may also process invitations, confirmations, rescheduling information, and related correspondence.
Technical information. Serving the Website requires the server to receive connection and request information, including an IP address and requested resource. Server or service-provider logs may record that information together with a timestamp, browser or device information, referring page, response status, and error information for operation and security. Information sent to an external service is also processed under that service’s applicable notice.
Calendar preference. The Website saves your calendar choice and the time of that choice in your browser’s local storage under atlas-calendar-consent-v1. This preference controls whether the embedded calendar is enabled and is not a Website account or an advertising profile.
Browser demonstration. The Studio demonstration uses scripted interactions and sample content. The demonstration itself does not upload your documents, inspect your CAD files, connect to your hardware, or send prompts or sample reviews to an AI provider. The page and its embedded demonstration exchange playback and navigation messages within the same Website origin. Ordinary Website request information and optional third-party services are separate from this demonstration behavior.
We do not provide visitor accounts or a payment checkout in this Website demo, and the Website does not ask for passwords or payment-card details.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to deliver Website pages and demonstrations; respond to your requests; arrange, confirm, and manage meetings; assess the hardware or software application you ask us to discuss; maintain business correspondence; investigate technical problems and abuse; protect the Website and our legal rights; and comply with legal obligations.
We use your email or phone number to communicate about an inquiry or meeting you initiate. We do not treat an inquiry or meeting request as consent to unrelated marketing texts or calls. If you separately ask to receive product updates, we use the details you provide for those updates and honor your choice to stop receiving them.
Where EU, UK, or similar data-protection rules apply, our legal bases depend on the purpose: taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract; our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, operating and securing the Website, and maintaining relevant business records; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required for optional technology or marketing. We consider your rights when relying on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We do not use the scripted Website demonstration to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Cookies, browser storage, and external content
Calendar controls. On the meeting page, the embedded Calendly calendar remains off until you choose “Allow calendar cookies.” You may instead choose “Keep calendar off,” email or text us, or follow “Book on Calendly” to use Calendly directly. A direct link takes you to Calendly, where its own controls and notice apply.
You can reopen “Calendar privacy” on the meeting page to change your choice. The saved preference is treated as valid for up to 180 days after it was saved; after that, the Website asks again when it reads the expired preference. Expiry does not itself delete the stored entry from your browser. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data settings. If storage is blocked, your choice can still apply for the current page.
Changing to “Keep calendar off” removes the embedded calendar and stops the Website from mounting it while disabled. This does not reverse information already sent, cancel an existing booking, necessarily stop all activity of a previously loaded third-party script until the page is reloaded, or erase third-party cookies. To clear previously stored cookies or site data, use your browser’s controls. Contact us about existing booking records or personal-information requests.
Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies for scheduling and its own analytics or marketing. Review its Privacy Notice at https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice and its cookie controls before enabling or using it.
The current Website demo does not load Atlas’s optional Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity tags. Those integrations exist in the code but are not active in the reviewed demo. The current demo homepage does not display the separately implemented FLS CRM newsletter form. If we activate additional collection or tracking, we will update the notice and provide any required choices before that processing begins.
Browser controls. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking these technologies can affect scheduling or saved preferences. The current Website code does not use the older Do Not Track browser signal to change behavior. The calendar choice is made through the controls described above. We will honor legally required opt-out signals where applicable; this statement does not imply that a separate universal signal-handling feature is implemented in this demo.
5. How we share information
We share information with personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this Policy, including scheduling, email and calendar delivery, text-message communications, technical operation, and professional advice. Calendly is the Website’s identified scheduling provider. Your selected email application, messaging provider, and carrier may independently process communications you send.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect the rights, safety, or property of Atlas Input, visitors, or others; investigate fraud or security incidents; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We may also share information at your direction or with your consent.
If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, or sale of assets, relevant records may be disclosed subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections, and transferred as permitted by law. We will provide any notice required for a material change in how your information is handled.
We do not sell personal information or use the current Website demo to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. External services you choose to enable or visit may process information for their own purposes as explained in their notices. Their independent processing is not described as ours.
6. How long we keep information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including responding to an inquiry, arranging a meeting, maintaining an ongoing business discussion, satisfying legal requirements, and resolving disputes. We consider the type and sensitivity of the information, whether the business discussion is active, applicable limitation periods, and whether a shorter period would meet the same need.
Meeting and correspondence records are retained while needed for the relationship and associated legal or administrative purposes. Technical records are retained only as needed for operation, security, troubleshooting, and applicable legal requirements. The calendar preference has the validity period described above; browser storage remains subject to your browser’s deletion settings.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it non-identifiable, subject to applicable legal holds and ordinary backup cycles. Information in backups is restricted from routine use pending deletion. You may ask us about retention or request deletion at outreach@atlasinput.com.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the circumstances. No website, storage system, email channel, or text-message service can guarantee complete security. Please do not send passwords, payment details, confidential design files, or other sensitive information through an ordinary inquiry. Contact us first if your discussion needs a secure or confidential channel.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose not to contact us, not to enable the calendar, or not to provide optional information. We need sufficient contact and scheduling details to respond or arrange a meeting. You may correct booking details through available Calendly links or contact us. If you receive product updates you requested, use the unsubscribe instructions or email us; we may still send necessary responses and meeting communications.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your personal information; correct it; request deletion; restrict processing; object to processing, including certain uses based on legitimate interests; obtain portable data; withdraw consent; and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or legally defined sharing. Some laws provide rights to limit certain uses of sensitive information or appeal a refusal. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising them.
To make a request, email outreach@atlasinput.com with the subject “Privacy request,” describe the request, and provide the contact details used in your interaction with Atlas Input. You may also write to the postal address below. We may request proportionate verification of identity or an authorized agent’s authority before disclosing or changing records. Please do not send a government ID unless we explain why it is necessary and provide an appropriate method.
We respond within the period required by the law applicable to your request, explain any lawful refusal or extension, and provide appeal information where required. To request an internal review, reply to our decision or email outreach@atlasinput.com with the subject “Privacy appeal.” You may also complain to the relevant privacy regulator or state attorney general. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, this includes your competent supervisory authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/.
9. International processing
Atlas Input is based in the United States. Information you send us or provide through scheduling may be processed in the United States and in other locations used by relevant service providers. Their privacy laws may differ from those of your residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a restricted international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism. Contact us to ask about relevant destinations or safeguards. Your use of the Website alone is not treated as a substitute for a legally required transfer safeguard.
10. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact outreach@atlasinput.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required. Additional protections for minors apply where required by local law.
11. Other websites and services
When you follow an external link or enable an external service, that provider’s applicable privacy notice governs its independent processing. Calendly may act as our service provider for booking information and as an independent controller for certain activities described in its notice. Contact us about information processed for our scheduling purposes, and contact the provider about its independent processing. We remain responsible for our own handling of information.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the Website, our practices, or applicable law changes. We will post the updated version with its effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when legally required. We will not use a revised notice to retrospectively authorize incompatible processing without an appropriate legal basis.
